A FLYING SLEEPING CAR
The first flying sleeping-cav on any airway arrived at Croydon, England, recently from Berlin. The interior of the saloon is so arranged that the eight seats can be converted into four beds. Blinds are drawn over the windows for night flying, and the interior is lit by electric lights. A washing basin, with running water, and a wardrobe are other feattires of the saloon. The engines have been specially silenced so as to offer a minimum of disturbance.
