CANADIANS RETURNING HOME STEADY FLOW OF*IMMIGRANT’S. (Sydney "Sun” Cable.) OTTAWA, November 16. Canadians, who some years ago flocked to the United States, are returning at the rate of 2000 each month once more to become British citizens, according to official immigration returns, which also show that 90,000 new immigrants airived in Canada during the first six months of this year.
