PRIVY COUNCIL APPEALS
IN CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES .AGREEMENT AT CONFERENCE. Australian and N Z. Cablo Association. (Received November 16, 6.6 p.m.) LONDON, November 15. It is suggested that the Imperial Conference’s agreement on, the Privy Council will eliminate corporation and criminal cases from its jurisdiction, leaving only constitutional issues, in which case the Irish Free State will gain its object of unfettered control of its own judicature.
