RUSSO-TURKISH RELATIONS A FRIENDLY MEETING. Australia* and N. 7., Association. (Received November 16, 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. Advices from Odessa state that Tewfik Pasha and M. Chicherin had a friendly discussion. Afterwards Tewfik stated that the relations between Russia and Turkey were more than friendly—they were fraternal. The meeting he added, had resulted in a new consolidation of relations between Turkey and the union of Soviet Republics.
