TURKEY AND SOVIET RUSSIA TEWFIK SPEAKS AT ODESSA. (Sydney "Sun'* Cable.) RIGA, November 14. “Down with Imperialism! Hail, a young and independent Turkey!’’ was the peroration of Tewfik Bey at a banquet at Odessa, A which he was entertained. He added that the Turkish and Soviet interests required an identical attitude towards the Western Imperialists. Turkey and Russia had won their independence together, and they .must, together to defeat any attempts, of. capitalists to enslave them.
