A story with very few words is published in to-day’s “New Zealand Tiroes by R. Leslie Jones, member of the Roal Estate Institute, Wellington. It is well worth studying; and should prove very interesting to those people who do not live in their own home. Tile first strong point made is that it is well to “own a home. 1 ’ The next feature in the story is that whidh points out tile fact, R. Leslie Jones has the question of “housing” at his finger tips. The next important feature of the office of R. Leslie Jones, 101, Willie street, is that which states his office is situate right at the “Busy Centre’' of Wellington; and his reference to the “Busy Centre” estate office is in keeping with the times. The main and last point mnde is the fact that R. Leslie Jones is a member of the Real Estate Institute of JVelling- , ton,—Ad.vt*
