CONFIDENCE The great reason for the establishment of the Pudlie Trust Office waa to give the people, an institution in which they could have tiie utmost confidence for the faithful and efficient Administration of estates. The State guarantee of security and fidelity lias naturally encouraged many thousands of people to have tlieir wills drawn by the Public Trust Office and to choose the Public Trustee as their executor. Prom year to year this confidence increases. The lact that the total v alue of estates in the office lias increased from £8,112,342 in the year 1011 to £38,000.480 at March 31st, 1926, is solid proof of the people’s confidence in their own Public Trust Office. The number of wills of living persons now held b> the office exceeds 51,000, and the figures are increas ing rapidly. D—43.
