TRAFFIC OBSTRUCTION CASE WON. LONDON, November 3. The Victoria Cross solicitor, Major Brett M. Oloutmnn, who won the last Cross awarded in the war, on November 6th. 1918, defended n V.C. 'bun driver, Sergeant C. W. Train, a hero of the Lo Cateau stand during the Mon* retreat, on a charge of basing o'/M ructed a liani car at West Ham. , The summons was dismissed and costs were allowed.
