The distress fund scope was widened to include a payment to the estate of unmarried officers, and the allocation from the general fund was increased. The constitution was altered to allow of a referendum on questions of importance. The conference agreed to confer .with tho three railway societies. P-S. Association, and Educational Institute on matters of common interest affecting conditions and work. ' The conference will be continued on Monday and following days.
