A similar claim 'was .made by tho liquidator of the company against Anthony Bonner, an Auckland shareholder.

A technical defence on points of company law was raised by Mr D. S. Smith. Mr A. W. Blair, counsel for tho plaintiff, replied to the points raised, holding that the appointment of the liquidator and the making of tho calif were in order. Decision was reserved.
