EFFICIENCY PRIZES
FOR SENIOR CADETS. A number of efficiency were presented to members of tho No. 32 Company (Thorndon) Cadets on Monday evening by Captain W. M. Bell, officer in charge of tho No. 5 (Wellington) Group. Cadet E. A. Bastings, tho most efficient rifle shot in the company, having registered a score of 107 points out of a possible of 120, was presented with the Ladies’ Challenge Cup, to bo held’ for a year, a medal to bo his own property, and a marksman's badge. The prizes won by tho company at Palmerston North in connection with the recent Caledonian sports were also presented. The' following cadets were the recipients of prizes for good conduct and attendance:-—Sergeant J. Barr, Corporal H. W. Nickless, Cadets O. J. A. Daly, 0. W. Ellison, J. W. Ellison, 11. A. George, S .R. McCluggage, A. J. Park', R. Pay, A. J. Rogers, K. Staples, A Scott, and R. W. Webster.
