THE GLEN OROUA ESTATE. FIB PBESB ASSOCIATION. FEILDING, June 8. An auction sale was held to-day of Mr E. R. Saunders’s Glen Oroua estate. consisting of 1100 acres subdivided into 26 dairy farms. The highest pricer was . £IBO per . acre for ■ the homestead block of 68 acres, which was purchased by Mr W. Mills, of Pioton. The lowest price was £73 per acre, tho average. price being £lo*2 4s. This is a decline on recent dairy land auctions here, and is duo to the unsettled outlook.
