VICTIM’S CONDITION . CRITICAL. ‘ PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. INVERCARGLL, June 8. At the Police ourt, Robert K. Corrie, charged with assaulting Robert Donaghy and causing him actual bodily harm, was remanded for a week. Accused is alleged to have struck Donaghy, who fell, sustaining concussion, on May 29th. Donaghy has never regained consciousness, and h,is condition is critical.
