PRINTING TRADES DISPUTE
A COMPLETE SETTLEMENT. Tho conferences between the representatives of the employers and employees in the various branches of the printing trades of the Dominion- (except Poverty Bay, Canterbury, and Westland) concluded yesterday, and resulted in a complete settlement oxcopt on three points, namely, payment for piecework and holidays and retro"titSSStL **•> *» S' employers (Mr Fred. Piram) and the employees (Mr C. H. Chapman) meet tho Conciliation Commissioner at 10 o’clock to finally approve of tho partial settlement arrived at m regard to linotype and other machine operators, compositors, and letterpress, lithographic, and 'rotary machinists, and stcrcotypors.
