IMPORTANT BUSINESS TABLED. An extraordinary general meeting of the Wellington Returned Soldiers’ Association will be held in.the Masonic Hill, Boulcott street, this evening. There is much important business to come before the mooting, and a. committeeman will be elected to fill , the vacancy caused by the resignation ext Canon Feilden Taylor. '■ The delegates who attended the con--forence will furnish their reports, and Mr Noel Johnson has handed in notice of motion that interim vacancies on the committee shall bo filled by the committee and not by general meeting. The balance-sheet, which was referred back. at the annual general meeting, will be presented to this meeting. Members arc reminded that their subscriptions for the current year arc now due.
