Alhauco has resolved that tho position mentioned in a letter from tho National Union of Railwayman with regard to. Ireland, warranted consideration of the .problem by the organised trade union movement as a whole in Britain. Tho matter therefore would bo referred to the Parliamentary Committee, with an urgent requset that a special Trade Union CongrcoS should be convened as early as possible, so that tho attitude of British Laboiir towards tho pioductiUft' and handling of munitions of war for Ireland and Poland may be determined. Tho above-mentioned refers to tho consideration by the executive of tho National Union of Railwayman of tho refusal ot Irish members 'to handle munitions, and the executive’s decision on May 27 th, to" refer tho matter to tho Triple Alliance.
