The "Sunday Express" states that Cabinet, yielding to tho pressure and threats of wealthy business men in tho House of Commons, has decided not to proceed with -the tax on war fortunes. The "Sunday Express" adds that tho Finance Committee of tho Cabinet is abandoning the proposal to tax war fortunes. v Tho scheme would affect three-fourths of tho members of tho House of Commons.
