MATRICULATION FOR ADULTS,
By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright SYDNEY, May 29. The University Congress has decided in favour of a 'new matriculation test for adults, differing in character, but not in standard, from the existing test, and available to ull over 25 years of age.
