SALE OF OHURAKURA ESTATE. A telegraphic message from Napier reports that tho Ohurakura estate, 30 miles from Napier, on tho Taupo road, tho property of Mrs Porrv (daughter of tho late G. P. Donnelly) was sold by auction on Saturday. The total area is 13,320 acres, of which 12,250 acres was sold for £102,032 10s. Tho smallest section, subject to titdbcr restrictions, was passed in. No. 1 block (3550 acres’) was bought by C. J. Parker, of Hastings, at £lO 10s, total £37,275. No. 2 block (3530 acres) bv the same buyer, at £7 10s, total £27,357 10s. No. 3 block (3100 'acres) was taken by Puttallo, of Napier, at £7 10s, total £2.3.700; No. 4 block (2000 acres) by M, F. Bourkc, Napier, at £7 ss, total £14,500..
