The adjourned inquest was held today on Hiko Anarn, a Maori returned soldier, who was found injured in the Caledonian Hotel on Saturday week, and who died in the hospital later. The, verdict was that death was due to a fracture of the base of the skull, caused by a fall .while intoxicated.
