INTERNATIONAL LABOUR
DEPUTATION TO INVESTIGATE GERMAN SITUATION.
(Keutei's Teiesram.j (Received May 29, 8 p.m.) LONDON, May 17. The Commission of the Berne International Labour Congress has accepted an invitation from tho German Majority Independent Socialists to send a deputation to Germany to investigate tho situation and report to the Internationals. Mr Henderson (England). Mr Wibaut (Holland), M. Mistral (France) M; Huysmans (Belgium), will constitute tho deputation. The date of tho visit will not be fixed till Peace is signed.
