TE KUITI, May 29. • Tcra, a native, had four charges to answer at the Police Court, namely:— Keeping liquor for sale; bringing liquor into a proclaimed area without complying with the law; supplying a native: and procuring a person to supply him. He was fined £SO, £lO and £lO on the first three charges respectively, and convicted ajid ordered to come up for sentence if called on on the fourth charge. W. E. Baster was fined £SO for keeping liquor for sale.
