TWO TROOPSHIPS DELAYED BY LABOUR TROUBLES.

DUNEDIN, May 20. Sir .Tames Allen states that owing to labour troubles two troopships that were to have left Home in June will be detained till July, otherwise the arrangements made for returning soldiers will be oarried out. .
