SETTING BACK “THE DUKE"

WIDENING OF WILLIS STREET. The Alayor stated yesterday that arrangements have been made for the setting back’of the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel building, and that a start will be made with the work very soon. Air Luke, in conjunction with the city solicitor (Air J. O’Shea) has been authorised to push on with the widening of Willis street, where a few premises near “the Dube comer” yet remain on the old alignment.
