(Received May 26, 12.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 26. Thwe was the usual flag-flying • and a number of public functions, but otherwise the Empire Day celebrations -were less elaborate than in previous years, the forthcoming Peace celebrations somewhat overshadowing the occasion.
