By Xylograph—Pross Association—Copyright (Received May 21, 9.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. May 21. The first section of the Australian Fleet, comprising the cruiser Melbourne and six destroyers, has arrived. There was a great reception as the vessels proceeded up the harbour after their long war vigil. Despite continuous rain, crowds gathered on tho wharves to welcome tho crews.
