Edward Frank Knight, labourer,. was charged to-day with wilfully seating firo to a. house owned by him. An inquest was'previously held, in the course of which neighbours gave evidence to upset an alibi offered by Knight. Bail was allowed in £IOO, whioh was forthcoming.
