DUNEDIN, May 19. Delay in the payment of returned soldiers was alleged at a meeting of the Patriotic Association to-day, complaint being made that tho Patriotic Association had undertaken the support of men in many cases while they were prevented from making grants 'against the men's pay accounts: The meeting decided to write to the Minister for Defence urging that the men be paid regularly in order to avoid inconvenience- caused by delay in the receipt by them of payments du«.
