Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, May IT. In tho Supreme Court a decree nisi was granted in the divorco case, McNamara v. McNamara, wife’s petition. Under an originating summons application was'made by .John Parham for life interest under his wife s will. The application was granted, the Public Trustee consenting on behalf of absent beneficiaries.
