Tho Arawa, with a largo draft of troops from Home, arrived in tho harbour at 5 p.m. She is absolutely a clean ship, and will berth at daybreak. The southern men leave Lyttelton by special train at 8.17 a.m. Major-General Sir Andrew Russell, who is returning by the Arawa, will bo accorded a civic reception at Lyttelton and Christchurch to-morrow, and will also be entertained at luncheon by tho Mayor and city Councillors of Christchurch.
