THE NATTRASS CASE

(To the Editor “N.Z. Tknos.”)

Sir, —In reading the final result of the Nattrass case in'your issue of yesterday morning, I noticed with surprise that the"' 1 ' magistrate, in effect, found that Mr Aubrey Gualtor was in Fallow- 1 field avonue at 10 o’clock ’- on Friday nigh*. Now, sir, that is impossible, for he was in my house from before 8 o’clock till nearly 11 o’clock. I will welcome any investigation into the facts mentioned in this letter, for that Mr Gualiter w’as in my house on Friday between the hours mentioned is quite certain.

W. M. SARGINSON. I confirm the above. —(Mirs) M. Sarginson.
