SOMES ISLAND
SEAMEN’S COMPLAINTS,
The Hon. G. W. Russell, Minister for Public Health, stated to a “Times” representative ; yesterday that he had asked for an immediate .report from the Health Department' with ■ reference to the complaints made by seamen on the .Manuka as to the quarantine conditions obtaining on Somes Island. The complaints were recorded in these columns yesterday.
