ROUMANIANS NEAR BUDAPEST.

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received May 13, 10 p.m.) LONDON, May 12. The Australian Press Association learns that the Roumanians have advanced to the river Theiss, on which tlioy hare the bridgehead at Szolnok, fifty miles south-east of Budapest. Their advance was facilitated by 'the extreme disorganisation and lack of discipline of tho Hungarian army, of •which only twenty-three thousand men are of any military value.
