SHIPPING TROUBLE
GENERAL STRIKE IMMINENT.

The Arbitration Court has decided not to intervene in the shipping dispute. A general strike is now regarded as imminent. The men's claims include a six-hours day in port and an increase in wages of 35s monthly.
