BIDDING FOR THE TREVENNA ESTATE. Press ARnoo'a.tion. TIMARU, May 13. At auction at Temuka to-day four parcels of tho famous Trevenna estate were sold. Thirty-one acres were disposed of at £55 per acre, thirty-six at £53,, fifty-eight (with some buildings) at £62, and fifty at £6O. There wore' three purchasers. At the previous subdivision pf similar land nine out of the ten lots were secured by one buyer.
