Mr Rickard announces that the WiUard-Dempsey fight will bo held at Toledo, Ohio, on July 4th, and will he of twelve rounds. Willard receives 100.000 dollars and Dempsey 27,500 dollars. Tho prices of admission will range from 10 ■to 60 dollars, Air Rickard estimates that his expenses will be 225,000 dollars, and tho profit 175.000 dollars.
