Lord Birkenhead, Mr Lowther, Sena* tor Poarce (Commonwealth), and. ether British and Dominion members of Parliament inaugurated the Empire Parliamentary Association's new rooms adjoining Westminster Hall. Senator Pearco emphasised the value of an interchange of visits between British and overseas members of Parliament the :cood results of which had been abundantly shown during the war.
