Australian and K.Z. Cable Association. HELSINGFORS, May 3. The Russian Soviet Government has instituted a now calendar. The year begins on tho date of the outbreak of the revolution. All religious festivals aro abolished, and tho year consists of 330 working days. FINNISH FRONTIER CLOSED. Renter’s Telegram. HELSINGFORS, May 3. The Bolsheviks have closed the Russo-Finiiish frontier, and the Finnish Government has taken similar steps. The Finnish naval flag was hoisted for the first time to-day.
