The' criminal sessions of the Supremo Court, will open next Monday. The following cases have been set down for trial:— .!.-
Joseph Hill, Alice Scoble, and Jean Collyns, conspiring to procure abortion; William Albert Murray, theft; William Henry Aspinal], carnal knowledge; Arthur James Ford and Thomas j Evans,; theft j. Michael Falvey, obscene I language; Charles Deebles, indecent assault; John James Joseph. Lee, attempted murder; Percy Cashman, assault causing actual bodily harm; Richard William Martin, threatening to kill; James Jackson, bigamy; Lawrence ' John Maloney, breaking," entering, and theft; William Bannerman Rogers, indecent assault; 'Henry Atthur Grant, indecent assault; Reginald Joseph Devonshire, theft (6 charges).
