REPATRIATION
PSYCHOLOGY AN I.MPOKTAMT I'ACTOB, That psychology is one of the most important factor* to be considered in connection with the repatriation of soldiers is the opinion held by Major J. G. Coates, M.P. for Kaipara, rho, after three years on active service, was delegated by General Sir A. Kussell to return to tho Dominion in connection wtih tho repatriation of soldiers. He arrived by tho Hemucra to-day. The men had been out of touch with tne ordinary run of life for such a length of time, he said, and had been treated differently and had been brought into touch with such conditions as 1 to completely alter their perspective. Propaganda. and education were going to bo necessary, as also would be unlimited patience; but ultimately the soldier would bo a better man than ever before.
