FRESH MOVEMENTS IN NEW
SOUTH WALES.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright SYDNEY, October 19. A non-political movement has been launched with the object of obtaining another referendum on the*question of conscription. The movement is at present confined to Now South Wales, from which State a petition will bo presented to Mr Hughes, the Federal Prime Minister.
