WAIRARAPA SHOW
The exhibition of draught horses at the Wairarapa Show on the 25th inst. will be the largest and finest ever seen on the Carterton showgrounds. The number of cattle entries is easily a record for the society. The entries in fat cattle are below the average. The pure-bred dairy cattle, always good, are stronger than ever. There will be a fair show of milking Shorthorns. Quite a strong contingent of Friesian cattle will be exhibited from the Hntt district. The competitions and ring events op the first day will he quite a? good as on the second day, as in addition to the dog trials two jumping event swill take place. Good entries have been received in. all these competitions.
