Tho “Daily Chronicle’s” Buenos Ayres correspondent reports that the railway strike has become more serious, and damage by rioting and derailments is of dally occurrence. Tho Government’s action is feoblo and martial law is flouted. The commercial community suggests a general lockout as a protest against syndicalist tyranny.
