Pierre E. Blondm; Minister- for Trade and Commerce, bii George E. Foster; Minister for dustice, Hon. Charles Joseph Doherty; Minister without portfolio, Sir James A. Longhead; Solicitor-General, Hon. Hugh Guthrie; Minister for Railways, Hon. J. Reid; Minister for Works, Hon. Frank Carvell; .Minister for Marine, Hon. Mr Ballantyne. Cable Association. LONDON, October 14. Holland had agreed to stop the transit to Germany of concrete material from August loth till earlv in 1918. She decided, without Britain's assent, to continue the traffic till November 15th, and then to stop till the middle of March. This alteration was professedly made owing to the prospect of frosts interfering with the work earlier in 1918.
