OLD NAVAL RIFLE CLUB. The Old Naval Defence Bills Glnb opened with a teams’ raia'cch president v. depuCy-prcKident. The conditions were 10 shots and sightcr at each 300 and 500 yards. The result was an easy win for President Babe's team, which at the conclusion of the shooting at 300 yards had established a lead of 12 points, and they a<idod another 16 poi/nH h-t 500 yards thus winning in the aggregate by S 3 points. —BAiEIOiRI DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB.Tho Karori Defence Rifle Chib opened its shooting season on Saturday last with a teams’ miaitcifi between the president’s team and the deputy-president’s team at ranges of 300 and 503 yards. Tho Sxibtirbs-' Defence Rifle Club opened their shootincr season on Saturday at their range, Broadway, Miramar, at ranges 309 and 500 yards, ten shots at each range. Chief Dept. The club delegates will meet Old Navals and Karori delegates on Tuesday evening, at the Old Navals’ boat shed.
