M ’Stevens, W. E. N. Luxton, and M. P. Quillinan to be lance-corporals. Private W. H. Scarrow and LanceCorporals C. 0. Bell, W. J Flynn, and G. Wilkins to he corporals. Corporals R. J- S. Weeher, F.
