The “Daily Telegraph’s” Constantinople correspondent reports that there is an Arab movement in Asia Minor in tho direction of autonomy, with representation in the Ottoman Ministry. The main points of the claims are: Recognition of Arabic as tho official language, with Turkish as a medium of communication with Stamboul; a local High Court of Appeal; regional military service in peace time; the Customs, Post Office, and military to be federally controlled; other revenues to bo locally controlled.
