COAL-TRIMMERS DECIDE OK STRIKE. (Received February 24, 9.5 p-m.) LONDON, February 24At Cardiff, Barry, and Penarth, the coal-trimmers have decided to tender notices on April Ist of a strike wherever non-unionists are employed.
