Autumnus beat Masterpiece by a length in a mile run. Phroso and North East were too good for Aruake over six furlongs, done in Imin 18sec.. Denise Orme pleased better than Aviatrix over five furlongs in Imin sscc. Tiresome, Allegation, Toney and the rest arrived yesterday, but were restricted to slow work. Cider 3. Twelve starters, including Broadsword and Ireland. Tho latter, with Popp-njay and Eudorns. made the running to the turn. Poppinjay led into tho straight from Eudorus. who was in front at tho distance, and stalling Volsluane’s challenge, won by half a length, with C'der two lengths and a half away. Time.
