Th© New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., is in receipt of advice from its London office that the final order sanctioning the company’s scheme of re-arrange-ment of capital account has been granted. This will no doubt be appreciated by the numerous stockholders in. the Dominion. The words “and reduced,” which, for the period of the company’s application to the Court, have of necessity been added to the company’s title, will now be discontinued.
